His BIG day tomorrow

Brandon twirling and twisting in an attempt to mess up the picture.
I think it turned out kinda fun. You rock honey.

Brandon getting totally bored of me taking pictures of him.

Getting it at just the right angle.

This shot makes me so excited for tomorrow. Way to go
BRANDON!

Silly face 'cause he's tired of my pictures again.

Us - together (even though it's an awful shot).

Counting down to FREEDOM!

Only 4 more days left 'till graduation. Yahoo!!! We started celebrating this weekend with a family dinner with both sides. It was so much fun and Brandon felt spoiled. Thanks DD, MD, KD, and AD for the cookies, AD and LD for the ice-cream, DT, MT, and RT for the potatoes, AK and family for the jello, SB and AB for the salad, and Macey's for the yummiest (and cutest) cake ever!

Brandon's newest best friend

I cannot hide the truth any longer, I snore. And it's not just little snoring my nostrils are partial too. My snores are a deep rumble that come from the deepest, darkest chambers of my bronchial tubes. Poor Brandon, I guess my sisters should have warned him before our wedding day. It's not uncommon for me to snore so loud that Bran wakes up with a start for fear he's in Africa with a lion ready to pounce on him.

Since we've been married I've told him over and over and over again that he should try using a pair of earplugs. Finally, he caved in and bought himself a package. Now he's sleeping so well that he can't even here me talk to him. Hello! He also can't hear his alarm clock, so I've got a new chore each morning. I don't mind though, it's nice to not feel guilty about my snoring any longer. Way to go honey.

Technology is pure magic

Over the weekend Brandon and I received the government coupon in the mail for a new digital converter box (it changes your analog signal to a digital one), so we promptly took off to Wal-Mart and got the new box.

We were both completely surprised at the difference this little box makes. I couldn't resist showing before and after pictures.

I am really looking forward to watching October's General Conference on a TV that you can actually see. If you too need to get a converter box go to this government website and sign up for the coupon. It's worth the wait because you'll only pay an estimated $10-$15 for the box.

Tiptoeing through the Tulips

Yesterday Brandon and I went to the annual Tulip Festival at a local garden called Thanksgiving Point. While we expected to see lots of tulips we only saw a patch of them here and there. Poor little things. The weather has been so brrrrr lately that they are slow in coming up. Thankfully we had free passes to get in to see a ton of evergreens and pansies instead.

I managed to take a couple of fun pictures while we were out. Regardless of the lack of flowers it was nice to get out of the house and enjoy a nice stroll around the gardens.

Sick for Conference

As luck would have it, just when I wanted to enjoy a wonderful relaxing weekend a cold has hit me hard. My nose is like a sprinkler and my throat is sore and scratchy. Yucky! Not the most exciting thing to have happen.

It's countdown time

Only 23 days left!
Yippee! The month of April has finally arrived and we are totally counting down to Brandon's graduation ceremonies on April 25th. Only one more test, 2 more papers, and a final presentation left to do. Although the next 23 days will be hard for Brandon, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it's looking better by the minute.

We are both looking forward to having a break for a couple months to enjoy life without the constant (and never ending) grind of homework and projects. We're hoping we'll get a chance to sit back and contemplate our future. Exciting stuff!
