Projects

Heavenly Father has a funny way of introducing me to people. About 2 years ago my neighbor started asking me if I would help her with some small projects for the local elementary school. She is an aide for a bunch of teachers over there, and sometimes she just couldn't get all the work done. So, I've been working on cutting out lamination pages for her.

I've done all sorts of cute little projects. This was one of my bigger projects. My favorite were the cute animals that I got to cut out at Halloween time. She even had adorable outfits  so they kids could dress up their favorite animals in Halloween outfits.

Fast forward to January when a nearby house went up for sale and was sold to a teacher at the local elementary school. Yes, it was the same teacher! Now, instead of getting them from my neighbor, I go right to the source. It's been so fun to do. I call it my therapy. She actually sent a paper cutter for me to use, but scissors are my preferred method.

This month I am cutting out leprechauns and golden coins for her. Since she is a new teacher there is a lot that she is wanting to do for this year, and all the years to come.
